Cure Disease.
It's a cleric spell and paladins also can do it once per day. ------------------

I think also if your character's constitution is high enough it will go away by itself after a few rounds - although as it does damage every round, if you don't have many hit points you could die before it disappears.

Sleep will cause death. Unless Con=19 which allows regeneration
