Both my kids are interested in it right now, so the tutorial aspects of Chessmaster will help tremendously. After they've got that down, then perhaps BattleChess to keep the interest going...

I would encourage kids to learn chess. It has value outside of just the game itself, in learning to think on your feet, or on your butt, if you are playing sitting down...

I have extracted BattleChess to a folder, then I start the .exe file but nothing happens it says something about C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT


Please help, I really want to play the game!!
