Firstly, the Svirneblin: what god/s would they primiarily worship? What would their clergy be called - as in, the ones who stand around saying "would you like to see my services?" .
Also, what would those same clergy be called if they woshipped Shar? |

Callarduran Smoothhands (Greater God) is the master of stone and is primarily worshipped by Svirfneblin. A service provider is merely called a... Priest or City priest.
This information is from "The Complete Book of Gnomes & Halflings"

People who worship Shar are Sharrans.
The clergy don't have a special name that I am aware of.

And now when I think about it a bit more, I realise I don't need Shar, but Lolth... so, do the clergy of Lolth have any special name?

Clerics of Lloth, or priestesses. High-ranking clerics are Handmaidens of Lloth.

By my recollection there is mention of a Svrifneblin god in one of RA Salvatore's books. But i really cant remember which one. By the way I know that elves dont sleep, they are in 'reverie' some sort of dreamy state. But In the Dark Elf trilogy there are a couple of passages where Drizzt is actually sleeping, is that another difference between drow and surface elves or would it just be little 'mistake' by the author?
