*psst!* I'm posting from college between breaks

I love my job, I work at a mall(10hr days 5 a week), so I dont have the luxury of doing anything computer related there. At home I check the net during free-time in between playing games and being creative, or when I'm waiting for a Bryce 3d image to render (which can take forever sometimes.)

i tend to post and read at lunchtime when i pop home for a swift sarnie before naffing off back to work again. also evenings when i should really be doing something more constructive. this evening, for instance, i should be stripping for art students, but i couldn't be bothered. i'm rearanging my lounge/kitchen and doing some major tidying up. yes, dusting. and sorting through books, lovely books, (slurp, lust,)

i've put up clean curtains and feel very smug indeed!

i also found a very old folder belonging originally to a sibling. it had 'i love tony' all over it. ahhhhhhh, sweeet.
Give me my folder back you thieving cowbag!!!

Gosh, feel very guilty putting up a topic and then disappearing off the minute it appears in the list (called away on affairs of state... you know how it is ) however, it seems to have proliferated nicely.....

Thank you for your most revealing replies - not only have I learned much about working habits the other side of the pond, (not to mention the Channel), I have also gleaned valuable nuggets of information about various individuals which may come in useful

Well I don't post much on Ironworks from work, too busy or somebody else is using the internet connection (we only have one line). But it does occupy a lot of my time at home sometimes. This forum never stops because of everyone's timezones. You can know that when you are in bed sleeping at 3:00am in the morning somebody is posting here. Also, even if you don't feel like posting, the temptation to just SEE what is "going on" is overwhelming. It's kind of like having a party going on next door 24/7, you feel the need to visit often or at least duck your head in the door and see who's there LOL.

But I pay good money for the internet, might as well get my money's worth right? right?.... OK I'm addicted... Sign me up for IA: Ironworks Anonymous

Do I put in a full day's work. Not since I got my own office and unlimited web access.
