It depends, I guess. I'd imagine that using fresh, natural ingredients in a homemade, baked pizza would be quite good for you. Maybe not the drenched-in-grease kind. Course, my personal favorite, barbecue chicken, isn't that good for you, probably. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I just hosted a user group meeting where we provided lunch (sandwich, salad, cookie, drink). I added fruit salad to the list of salads people could choose (primarily because I wanted some [img]smile.gif[/img] ), and when the orders were all in, something like 70% of the people chose fruit salad as their salad.

I was pretty amazed. Few people took the "normal" salads.

And as for Mickey D's, I'm waiting for them to offer fruit. I am trying to eat healthier, and with two kids who pick fast food places for their night out, it gets challenging...
