An example of bumbling officials exerting their power. There is now a petition to free Bob from the hands of injustice who's owner sold him on eBay. The funny thing is he inquired about selling Bob to the bumbling bureaucracy and they told him all the proper paper work to fill out. Then after Bob is sold it turns out the bumbling bureaucracy considers Bob to be a pelt. Anyway I signed petition just it may show the bumbling bureaucracy how dumb they can be.
