what's your all-time favorite monster ever?
if i could do a poll in this forum, i would, but i can't so, please respond here. the reason for this, is that i think it would be cool to feature some artwork of folk's favorites. actually, not just artwork, but write-ups of stats, ecology, society, etc. kind of like a dungeon craft monster manual. as for my favorite monster, that would have to be minotaurs. i'm working on something for this right now. we'll see what comes up... Aaaaawww isn't that tiny sword so cute in that signature of yours??
My favorite monster would be kolod Hey I don't like going about for half an hour whacking a monster, I prefer easy ones lol.

do you mean kobold? they are my favorite 'standard' monster, much cooler than a goblin or orc, and as you said, easier to dispose of.

Vampire/20th lvl wizard in the hands of a good Dm in a large castle is the most dangerous and most exciting adversary possible. Took 6 guys with combined over a hundred Years of Dungeons and Dragons experience 3 hours to kill him. Lots of fun

I see all you guys have excellent little 3d pictures after your posts... Are you able to convert them into combat icons and/or sprites for DC? BTW, I like vampires too - and also lycanthropes. I guess because they are human-like, but live a sort of double life.

Lizardmen, definately Lizardmen. Although their appearence varies a lot, I prefer the more amphibian looking version with the head crest.
Minotaurs are definately cool too. Oh, and displacer beasts. [ 05-23-2002, 08:32 PM: Message edited by: Grey Jakal ]
