Why can't you just ignore those who think Aerie is a cool NPC?
And no matter what you say, Aerie can wipe the floor with most other NPCs in BG2, the two that would be most challenging for her in a one-on-one battle with all spells allowed would be Jan and Keldorn, because they can both see through invisibility spells and Keldorn can dispell any enchantments she casts.

I hate Aerie because People say she is better than Jaheira which is straight f....n untrue,so thats it man now you know,ok i also hate her cause she screws gnome but thats it,truthfully the whining pisses me off but its not THAT bad

Sorry for getting all ticked off at you, Caine. Don't worry, you're not the only Aerie hater, it's just that everyone else has gotten it out of their systems already. I try not to be one of those people who goes around saying praise Aerie, though, because I know it sometimes angers people.

Aerie could easily wipe the floor with Jaheira, she just needs to cast invisibility, then cast Time Stop, pummel Jaheira with spells, then cast invisibility again just before the Time Stop stops, then cast Time Stop again while invisible, pummel Jaheira with spells, Jaheira should now be dead.

Actually... as much as I hate Jaheira, I know she can beat Aerie because of Insect Plague. She does not need to directly cast on Aerie, she can just cast around Aerie and the spell will target her automatically.

*sigh*

I still prefer Aerie though.

If Aerie was hit by an Insect Plague, she would just bash Jaheira to bits with a Mace of Disruption +2, and are you sure that Insect Plague will not be reflected by the cloak of mirroring or the shield of reflection?

Thank you Dundee Slaytern I actually have respect for you and your honesty,she was going through a tough time with those harpers and thinking a bit too much,its like when you watch the teletubbies and they do something lame and then you dont like them but then you realise how cool they are.this is just an example
