I took the Staff Of Air Elemental (found in the PLanar Prison), and sold it at the Copper Coronet. Its price was 4 500 000 gold pieces. I then bought it back for 1 500 Gold pieces. Is this a bug, has it happened to anyone else. I have not used any cheat codes. I feel bad, becuase it feels like I have cheated, and it is too much money anyway.

Gee never happened to me before. Might be a bug. The Staff of Air has charges in it so if theres a bug in your game that affects the number of charges (possibly after an encounter with a Nishruu), then it would have affected the store price.
Either that or the store keeper's life depended on the Staff

Why?

I think it was probably the nishruu thing then. I fought one at the guarded compound, just before going off to the Copper Coronet and selling the staff. What do the nishruus' do?

HIYA MAV aand welcome to the board.... it seems that Ive read something about this before and it does look like a bug but you might be better off asking Memnoch or Ziroc about it.... theres a bug with a scroll of protection from electricity that you got in Irenicus' dungeon and can sell at the Adventurers Mart....... Not that I personally have taken advantage of it.....

Hope ya figure it out soon.....

Need cash???? lol

I'm pretty sure this is a bug guys. I remember seeing a thread on this very topic earlier. I'm don't recall if it was on this board or another one, but the consensus was that it had happened to others and there isn't a good explaination (i.e. bug). :confusion:

Now where did I leave that doughnut?!

The Nishruu is a demon that drains charges from items and memorised spells, the Nishruu bug happens when a Nishruu drains a chargeless item, and it then gets 999999999999999999999999 charges, the item then sells for quite a lot of cash.
