While my kids were in the "diaper" phase I often thought of just taking them out and hosing them off....however I never thought of putting their bottom halves in a trash bag first...hmmm would have saved much time....and expense.....just wait for the bag to fill up...
Ugh...seriously those parents need to be forcibly sterilized and have the kids placed with foster parents.....you need a license to get married, but you can have kids any old time....hell the governm,ent even encourages single mothers to pop them out assembly line fashion.... One side note on parent tests... while they don't exist (AFAIK), there are parenting classes available. Interestingly, most of the parents that attended the ones I went to were older parents (25+, not that that's old
 ), and very few younger parents (teens to 24) were there. So the folks who can use the pointers, guidance, and insight the most are the ones not showing up for them...
