I found the Quality walkthru at
http://www.locusinn.com/
scroll down a little and on the right side of
the screan you'll see GO TO LATEST SUPPORT FILES
click on DIVINE DIVINITY Walkthrough(Quest Guide)
download the 1.1MB file its very well done and
after I finished reading the 70 page book I printed
it and thats alot cheaper than $19.95 for the same
book that won't be in the states until Dec or Jan.

I'm glad I found this walkthrough it seams I passed up about 60% of the game and was way over my head as far as the monsters I had to fight, there was no way I could get anywhere but dead.I just didn't have the hit points needed to get beyond the cave prison after I was thrown out of the Dukes Castle I was only A 4th level warrior.

Some useful tips:

1. Don't do the castle quests until your are about level 15 and above.

2. Always be on the lookout for weapons with Frost enchantment.

3. If you are playing as a figher, pump more points into STR and DEX.

4. Try specialize in a melee weapon type. I invested 5 points into sword and I to hit precentage is at 94%, which means most of my swings will connect.

5. Weapons/armors name in gold color has the best quality, follows by the ones in green, blue and white. Some of the higher level monsters drops good quality items when they die, just remember to do a quick save before you fell a high level monster and if you don't like the loot, reload and try again.
