If you have the Vanish spell then you have a chance. Go to the shrine, turn right and check the "forest" there. At one location, you will see a strip of "sand" behind the forest. The sand belongs to the area behind the shrine and the Vanish spell can inject you through the forest there to the area behind the shrine.
Therefore, save the game and try. Perhaps, you will need several attemts to find the right place and the right direction of your party. But the success is granted in the end.
Without the Vanish spell, you have no chance. If it is the case, then send your moon magic caster solo to the wilderness so that he can gain a few levels quickly, improve his Mooncraft skill, and learn the Vanish spell.

Why can't you just go back through Anephas' Shrine?

Yes, it is taking a longer route than you would have needed had the portal been successful - but that should work.

To check to see if a portal is really working - cast it (look for the appropriate message), move away from your newly created portal and cast teleport. If the portal is good, you should teleport back to the portal you made.

I am supposing that the entrance wall is down and Morguemaus cannot enter the shrine. He has left the shrine at Bloodbeard so that the lever at the front door is down.
I don't know whether the wall will go up when you approach it from the outside but every time when I do the following:
- go through the shrine to Kerah,
- take the Leprechaun treasure,
- Call of Home to Brimloch Roon,
- Teleport back to the lever of the front door of the shrine,
the wall and the lever are, of course, down. I have to click the lever twice. First, the entrance wall goes up and then it goes down and the dungeon loads. Let us note that the action described above must have the same result as leaving at Bloodbeard, teleporting to Brimloch Roon and then going to the shrine.

Sure, if it is possible to enter the shrine then the simplest thing to do is going through it.

Stoopid me.
I gound out, via a spoiler what i did wrong.

But, now, another question.

Once you defeat lord cet, if you go back to the pyramid, van you get out again?

I loaded the just finished, because i made it, but when i went back, i could not get out. I found some cool stuff, but i exited out of the game in frustration, without saving, AGAIN.

Thanks for the read.

You can get out only in a patched game, Morguemaus. The unpatched game suffers from a bug you have just experienced: you must not enter the Pyramid after killing Cet or you will be unable to leave. What's happening exactly?
Once you invoke Cet by touching the portal, the Pyramid starts preventing you from leaving it. There is only one way forward - down with Cet! When you kill Cet, the game teleports you back to Brimloch Roon. But, if the game isn't patched, the game fails to note that you have killed Cet. It's a bug which causes that reentering the Pyramid is your end. The game will continue preventing you from leaving it as if you hadn't killed Cet so far.
If you cannot afford to lose your current game, try to install the patch. Let us hope that you will be able to leave. Another possibility might be the Revert Adventure (not Reset Adventure) button. Quit the game run so that you occur in the town (without the party), enter the inn and click the Revert Adventure button. Your people should be back, well, without the XP and items gained after your last leaving the town. Among others, without the stuff you have just found in the Pyramid. Sorry.

regarding the "cannot go to kerah's area through anephas shrine" problem, i tink it's most likely coz the pillar which u use to rise up into the water gets stuck in the "up" position and cannot come down no matter wat. i'm not sure whether this is a bug and can be fixed by the patched version, so u can install the patch and see for urself!
