Tip: The other side of the mountain

I don't know whether this tip has been posted all not, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I managed to get to the dragon mountain path (and town 3)without going through the mountain. If you go up to the lowest part of the mountain, behind the samurai, you can climb at the point where the mountain meets the trees. It takes a bit of work to get up when you are at the top, but it's worth it. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Worth it? That depends on your perspective. If your after experience it's not worth it.

Welcome to the board, Greidee!!!

I don't know if this tip is actually listed in the BEST TIPS but it is known. Some folks have used chests or stoned monsters to make a "ladder" to get up to the cliff edge. Can save time if you haven't learned Create Portal, Teleport yet.

One of our members created ladders from stoned enemies...'
So he climbed into dragon Spire sidewalk withouth entering into dungeon.
Sorry I don't remember who was it, bsftcs or LiOnHe@rT
But anyway there's many way to enter into 3rd town without entering into Dragon Sphere! And I don't know, this might be new one.

I tried that with spell called 'Vanishing' and be abled to enter other side the forest, into 3rd town!

Now I must get back into game and find as more diamonds I can!
( You remember that game, where you collect all gems that you find and store them, then you count them in the end of game and post your result in here, well I haven't finished that game, so you have to wait one more time... )

Well I guess that must have been I. Or rather Stackman, my alter ego when it comes to the art of scaling heights.

That sounds like a welcome new addition to our Best Tips, Greidee. So long as you are sure this can be done over and over (perhaps with a little practice) - that it was not just a "lucky punch".

Stackman's party will soon be scaling the Dragon Spire. I would love to have a post in the Best Tips thread to refer to in my stories.

it definetely isnt me since i am always braving all the dungeons. the vanish spell does indeed work, and after that a create portal will solve everything else. HOWEVER, there are some nice items in the dragon spires, the superb Mavin Sword and other items too........ be sure to collect them all! (geez, i sound like some advertiser on television!)
