I agree! Also, shave immediately after getting out of the shower, or even in the shower like I do for that matter. Water softens the beard and makes shaving easy. Stay away from electric. Just keep one around for emergencies.

being the hairiest 15 year-old you will ever meet, ill throw my in....i keep an electric around for my day to day shaving, i.e., if i shaved yesterday and draged myself infront of a mirror to do it again, i will go electric...but when i go past 3 days without a shave, i go with the manual. I find that this gives better results and is more apt for attracting fine females, and the not so fine ones as well

HAH! I was shaving when I was 14. Gotcha!

Yeah go with gel. I really prefer it to the cream. Electric aren't bad (used one mainly when I was a teenager), but personally these days, I get a much nicer shave with a razor and it's more comfortable.

Electrics may irritate the skin for a few weeks when you first start using them, if you can get an electic shaver which dispensess moisturieser as you shave you will get less irritation and it feels nice n smooth after...

Shave in the shower. First, soap & scrub your face clean. Next, soap up everything on your face (don't forget under your nose). Next, shave with one hand while feeling your skin Braille style with the other hand to see which way is against the grain. Always shave against the grain.

Every few strokes, put the razor up to the shower head to clear the blades. Don't be afraid to go over spots until they are smoothe, but always try to shave against the grain, even if you have to change angles.

Now, the tricky spot is the hair in front of your ears (side burns?). You need to feel how many fingers up that hair is from the nub in your ear. Then move the measuring hand outwards and shave upward until your shaving hand is blocked by your free hand. Do the other side the same way (with the same number of fingers).

If you use a razor with a pivoting head and don't press down like you're trying to break the point off a No.2 pencil, you should be fine.

PS- Hair cuts and new ways to shave should never be tried closer than 3 days before a going out on a date. Trust Me.

Then you are a real man
For you seem to have kept and cultivated your facial hair, with no intentions of shaving it.
Anyways you look good with facial har

Although I may be a female, I know information about mens facial hair... due to my father sitting me in the bathroom, when I was little, so he could shave and look after me at the same time. And of course like all curious little children do, I asked questions.

I found out that you can't get rid of stubble (the roughness after you shave) no matter what you do... oh unless you wax your face
The cream is to make the shaving easier, and the aftershave is to moisten your face and of course make you smell nice.

See girls know guy things hehe
