Many people will disagree with you, and quite vehemently, I might add. I, personally, enjoy eating meat as well as soy products (soy milk is reasonably good if served cold and tofu must not be overcooked). My interest in quorn/mycoprotein is purely informational: nutritional content, any allergy complications, cost, etc. Try soy products and then you can enjoy the best of both worlds!

*sigh* And yet again I can't say I'm veggie without a whole bunch of people taking me up on it. I'm not telling you what to eat, I merely expressed a liking for quorn - quit telling me what I should eat.

I never mentioned at all what you eat. I was merely giving my opinion on the subject of the thread. Mainly that I think the substitute tastes like crap.
