I just bought three slaves but when I wanted to leave them at my (brand new stolen manor! ...heheheh) house... well... I couldn't... the stupid sods just kept following me around! I suppose I could set them free and all, but... that's not as much fun. *evil grin*

I heard from a guy that you can buy fighters to aid you in battle. Anyone who knows where they are positioned? I could really use some, cuz the slaves don't do yack when an enemy approaches... *bastards*

I don't think you can hire "body guards" until you have Tribunal installed.

Matter of fact, you can...sorta. Of course it's also a mod, but you can get a partner who will follow you and help you fight your opponents. But it's not really a help, they kinda limit you in your actions, they get in the way a lot. There's also a mod, that allows you to buy a packguar. The vendor will be at Balmora, and when you're attacked, the guar will also fight along your side, and when he gets hurt, he'll flee, and rejoin you once the enemies are gone. Pretty smart animal eh ?

having " body guards " like the Jessica mod or Pack Guar mod is nice but later they always give you problem, they get stuck in some places, they'll get in your way, they can't fight tougher monsters, they can't swim, they can't jump, they can't fly, they don't know how to jump down from steep hill , they sometimes suddenly get dissapear and more importantly, they are super duper slow! argghhhhhh!
