Now that's a pretty offensive movie not to warrant disection!
Scary Movie got a zero as well. But they have a LOT of stuff in the Scriptures section. The usual things about evil, hate, murder etc that they seem to use to describe most movies.

"Of more than 320 movie analyses, Scary Movie (R) is the second to earn a CAP Final Score of zero. There was no plot, no theme, and no sense to Scary Movie. It was just 81 minutes of wanton licentious disregard for righteousness, moral character and inhibition."

I could sum it up in one word but I'd probably get banned.

I looked at Atlantis: The lost Empire, and one of the "evil" point of the movie is: "adults in underwear". Come on, a cartoon character, wearing the drawn equivalent of a bathing suit...

Whats funny and ironic is reviews or "anlyses" like that may actually drive people to see the movie. Hows the saying go...The road to hell is paved with good intentions...

I'm very suprised tha "Dogma" and "Southpark The Movie" aren't amongst the evil goose-eggers. Though they both scored under 20.

Mary Poppins was a delightful romp for children and the young at heart through a make-believe world of frolic and fantasy. There were no instances of offensive material throughout the movie. While there were several occurences of "magic," there was nothing evil or sinister about any of the "magic." Mary could have been angelic. While some might consider the "We won't go to sleep!" from Michael to Mary Poppins to be arrogance and/or impudence, the obstinence was NOT at his parents. All instances of Jane and Michael taking issue with parental authority (e.g., the song) were with respect and even apology. I cannot find in the Bible anywhere God has a problem with children disagreeing with their parents but I can find a LOT of warnings against arrogance toward and rebellion against parents -- a LOT -- and with severe consequences ... and even more severe consequences for parents who abuse the authority and position He gave them.
Referencing this to the Matrix Reloaded review, couldn't Mary Poppins fly. I can't really respond to this right now, my hypocrite detector is buzzing so bad that I can't type. Where do some people get off, and how many drugs did his parents do?? This person has serious issues, and I wouldn't want him trying to educate my child in religious philosophy.

what a bunch of bologna, these so called christans seem more like sensor nuts that left a letter out of their name, the letter "R" then they could call themselves Crap, and when they gather in A group that would make then A BUNCH OF CRAP, just like their ideas. GOD will punish them in the end.

While I can see the humor in that post, it could be considered offensive. I see no problem with getting a little laugh out of that website, but let's try not to go too far, ok?

Not here anyway. There is very few people interested in religion where I live, or at least, the religion according to the kind of people who wrote the article.

My theory is that people will ignore the Catholic church more and more and simply follow their own religious opinions. Here already, lots of churches have closed down.
Totally agree. Same situation here...no-one goes to church anymore. The catholic churches are now pinning up signs that read 'Wanted: More priests' because nobody either wants to do it or nobody believes/has faith in what they are doing. In my local church the Priest will actually talk about the 'crisis' in the catholic church and say that God needs more children to stand up and become followers and preachers and he needs them now.

It's sad really, they have such a bad rep. at this stage and between all the scandals and the past history control issues people seem to go off and do their own thing. I don't go to church anymore at all - but I'm very spiritual, just don't feel the need to get caught up in the politics of it all. Wherever you get a mass of people you get power games...religion is a personal thing and, I know this may shock some people but it can actually be practiced solo with no trouble at all.

I remembr looking at a similar site before. Oddly enough some games would score good, but others bad. DIablo 2 got 20 or something.

Christianity is a falling religeon. Less younger generation people will go to church as compared to older generations. This will lead to quite churches in the future really.
