My favorite of all time is HK-47 from KOTOR. He is the most cynical and blood thirsty and coolest droid of all time.

Oh I might choose one from kotor also, I would choose darth malak.
If youre saying villain character. Hes a great villain. Hk-47 is a great sort of bit npc character. Very orignal though. |
