it was great. They did a great job of casting it. What was nice is they concentrated on him and not action scenes

Raimi didn't want Peter to create web shooters in the film. Said it was too unrealistic and that it would make it harder for the audience to identify with him-- he wouldn't be an everyday kid if he could create something that no real-life scientist can make. I understand that, but hello? Peter Parker is a GENIUS... Even Reed Richards appreciates his scientific ability. And as if some modern-day person has been able to create the Goblin's jet glider...

I also feel that since they knew they were doing a series, they should have had Gwen Stacy in the film and presented this story as it originally appeared in the comics (I haven't seen the film yet, but recognize the events on the bridge...)

I saw it today. It's was under the mark. The story line is OK, the acting is OK, the special effects are OK. But there's just something missing. It's like there's no chemistry. Anyway, 7/10 in my books.
