Multiplayer Help!!!!!

Help me please, my multiplayer idea fell through when i found that i could not do alot of the quests because they are set up to be done single player and need a lot of the NPCs to be done. So I am trying to come up with a group of 3-4 people and then gathering who i need along the way and then dumping them. But i need to know who and what i need to make up and when to dump people. Me Kensai/mage or Squashbuckler/Mage using Katanas (i think, better ideas?), Ranger/Cleric using Flail and Hammer (when can i have Cromfar completed?), Fighter/Thief because the longswords kick and i need someone who can use a bow. Now questions i have are who do i need and what quests do i have to do to get the better gear, Celestial fury? Cromfare, ect... And do i really need a palidin in my group, the sword is nice but necessary???? Need lots of help here people going out of my mind trying to figur this thing out.
