i hate those bugs!

i'm trying to play both sides: umpani and t'rang. I've managed to finish all but the last one of the umpani quest, and the first T'rang quest also, but there is a big problem who's afflicting me: every time i try to speak with Z'ant to give him the head of the dead rapax, he turns angry and with him all the surroundings T'rangs, making me impossible to continue the quests for them.
I've paid He'Li already, but this doesn't seem to work for me. Maybe i should do something also with the umpani seller, which is a spy, but don't know what. can you help me pls?

I had the same problem, Z'ant gets angry, although I didn't know what I did wrong. I guess, there is no way to get him friendly but what you can do is the alliance. Rescue the prisoners and go to Yamir, he will give you an agreement that you give to Z'Ant. Don't speak to him, but only give him that letter, he will give you the tracking device and you get a lot of XP.

I have always done the Flag and the Rapax Assassin before I do the Umpani, but I've also read that you can select the raven rapax head, so that your mouse pointer changes to it, hit esc, then use the head to click on Z'Ant, and that will work. Get him to talk to you first, rather than you talking with him.
