I don't think I did this one right. I accepted no quests from Gaal, just followed the conver tree till it got to combat. Now there are areas in the eyeless dungeon I can't access. Since Gaal is long dead I guess this one is a waste. Spoil me.

I don't know if there's any way you can do it if you've killed Gaal without taking the quest. Maybe someone else knows that.

No way to legally get into the compound if you don't accept the quest before killing Gaal.

I need to be completely spoiled. I have no save from before I killed Gaal. If not doing Gaal's quest is a gamekiller, I need to know now. If it is NOT a gamekiller, then I will just do without whatever treasure is involved.
BTW, if this is a gamekiller, then the conver tree should not have given a combat option when you talk to Gaal the second time.

SPOILERS AHEAD.
. . . . . . . You're missing out on an interesting sidequest, and indirectly missing one of the most powerful rings in the game.

Thanks folks,, I found a save before killing Gaal, and am now in the process of doing it right.

IIRC, attacking the cult directly causes the Unseeing Eye to appear anyway... Unless you wanted the bonus experience and plot encounters. Well, I'm glad you found a save, Elfbane - good luck!
