hasta la vista !!
(sorry)...that was mean...
The names of the 2 people involved in poisoning you are Marek and Lothander. find the diviner in the fortune teller tent in the fair in AR0700. Ask the question, "Who has the ability to realease Lothander from his geas?"
Next, go to the Temple of Umberlee in AR1200 and talk to Jalantha. She will send you to the temple of Tymora in 0600, where you get a book from the priest. Take it to Jalantha and she will cure Lothander. He will give you the Antidote.
If he is the one you killed, then I do not know of another way around it...good luck!

(this tip was taken out of BG strategy guide, and is not the knowledge of one, Larry...)

Here's something you can try (but it may not work in patched-up versions of BG; I was playing the original BG at the time):
since Jalantha of the Temple of Umberlee possess the "remove geas" scroll which you must return to Lothander in order to get cured, simply get it from her body - either of her own free will (when you complete the quest to fetch her the Tome of Wisdom) or of your own forceful will, ie. pick-pocketing her or just by getting it from her dead body. It's entirely up to you!
