The second person that was shot is dead and was THE SHOOTER.

So it seems to be over. The cops killed the shooter of James Davis.

Ok, so the shooter was shot. I've been mowing the lawn since I stopped posting when i first posted this. To damn hot out there. I'll keep watching and figure out whats going on, every channel for me still has news reports.

Thank guys for keeping me updated. I don't know why the stations didn't break in with it.
I always get a bit worried when I hear of anything in NYC that might be terrorist related (which I knew this wasn't) because my uncle works at the UN, so I'm always concerned that someone might attack that.
Wasn't worried about that this time, but, I hope that if nothing else comes out of this guys death, they at least do away with the policy that allowed that gunman to enter City Hall in the first place.
