I have a bug. help required. spoilers

I have killed the necromancer in Vas and i am pretty much sure that i have slaughtered his minions as well. However i have done so without the help of the fighter that stood outside. Now Guildmaster in Ar'vuhn (or whatever it is called) thinks that i did not do the quest.

I do not have any saves before the "Vas buisness".

Help (including cheats to overcome this dificulty) would be most welcomed.

First rule of adventuring: always save before entering a dungeon.

That said, dunno why you didn't team up with whatshername, since that was, after all, part of the job. Whenever you're told to help or partner with someone, do that or you won't get credit.

I don't know of any way to set flags for quests being done, though there may be. All I can suggest is that you go back to Vas and try talking to her and "teaming up". That may help. Or partnering and going into the dungeon.

Have you tried talking to the person standing outside Vas?

If that doesn't work, and you are on a PC then you should try entering the following into the console:
Journal FG_Vas 85
