I'm at the end of BG + ToTSC and I walked into the castle in Baldur's gate... I find all these flaming mercaneries fighting this one mage...He doesn't attack em..he just stands there.. The guards can't hurt him nor can I..How do I kill him? He's beginning to get like me..a nuisance..It would be much appreciated if you could help me.

The barbarian shouted "I keel All who stand in way!"

If you're talking about the party that the city nobles are having for Sarevok, just ignore him and protect the nobles from the dopplegangers. You'll meet Sarevok later and have your chance to kill him.

So protect him and that's that...I tried everything to kill him..I happened to get 11 damage on him...I don't know how...Cause I was trying every spell I had. Well, I'll just do what ya said. Thanks alot

Don't protect Sarevok, he definitely doesn't need your help.

Protect Liia and Belt, the two city nobles that are there. The other nobles at the reception are dopplegangers. Kill them. If Liia and Belt die, however, you're screwed. You'll be overwhelmed by Sarevok, Angelo, and the Flaming Fist guys. Game over.
