Sorry to be off-topic in this forum, but this does pertain to this forum. I have an opportunity to enter and win some scholorship money by writing a 17,000 word short-story in the Science Fiction/Fantasy genre.

Do any of you think that I can do it? If I did so, and wanted to use material from any of the games that I have taken part in here, like Lord of the Forums...would any of you have any objections? I will not use anything from this forum unless I had direct written consent from the person...but I still just wanted to ask to see the responses I might get.

Go for it Larry
As far as I'm concerned you're free to use whatever material you like; we'll just regard it as fanfic

Go for it! I would be honoured if something one of my rp characters did ends up in your short story.

Just be sure to post the finished product in this forum, okay?

If I do write the story...I will certainly post it, or send it by e-mail to everyone that wants it.
