I'm not aware of any but the new expansion Hordes of the Underdark will be capped at level 40. After level 20 you get something called Epic Levels which are different from the normal levels with their own spells, feats etc.

You'll have to wait until Hordes of the Underdark is released. It should be out before Christmas.
