Actually, TL, the best time to eat a sugary snack (there is no *good* time) is right after a workout, so the sugar will replace glycogen broken down in the muscles and not really affect the insulin level as much. I am now working on a story set in the Third Age of Middle-Earth. Do you all think I should post it in the Books section?

awe, g'day mates.

I'm not sure if it's available elsewhere but "Carboshotz" are fantastic for giving you a boost to your energy reserves - gives an extra half hour of workout time on average and they're easy on the stomach

It's my birthday today which makes me the big two four! I don't usually get hung up on age but I was thinking where I was 10 years ago and it sort of put it in perspective
