If your life depended on it what party would you choose to save the world.
1 human Valk- polearm and blunderbuss 2 hobit rogues- duel thieves daggers/ fang/stilleto 1 Mook Ranger- Bow/polearm 1 Gnome Alchemist 1 Gnome bishop. I would put the rogues up front, I think they are the best fighters, valk in the middle and Ranger and two spellcasters in the back. I would work the rogues throwing skill as much as I could so later he could throw bombs and powders because the thieves daggers are cursed I can't use ranged weapons after Arnika. Having three people to cast alchemist spells will help get the clouds out quickly and I have two for divine. Having put that group out there, the easiest group I ever made it through with was 6 Rangers but it got a little boreing at the end. Nothing stood a chance aginst them from the monestary on.

Hi. My save-the-world-party is simple.
a) Lizardman Fighter - TheMauler + Diamond Eyes / Bow b) Hobbit Rogue - dual Stilletos / Bow c) Dwarf Bard - Bloodlust + Shield d) Mook Gadgeteer - Fang + Shield / Omnigun e) Rawulf Priest - Vampire Chain + Shield / Sling f) Elf Mage - Ebon Staff / Sling Great party. I like the Bard best. Rousing Drums, Dulciclamer of Mending and Chaos Drone are my prefered instruments. And he deals more damage with the bloodlust sword than my fighter. |

It does seem that Bards and Gadgeteers do better dammage in hand to hand fights than regular fighters, I wonder why that is?

Give you fighter the light sword + superman and then berserk mode. Your fighter will deal awesome damage.
My party is this. 1)Lizardman Fighter - Light Sword/Diamond Eyes/Bow 2)Mook Ranger - Polearm/ tripshot crossbow 3)Faerie Ninja - bare hands/ shuriken/shuriken that can be used over and over (forgot name) 4)Rawulf Priest - whip / slingshot 5)Hobbit Gadgeteer - staff/ omnigun mk.12 6)Felpurr Samurai - something sword/something sword/ bow rpc would be RFS 81 -bare hands/sling shot ( i think ) vi domina - polearm/ blunderbuss Fighter and Samurai in middle , Vi and Rfs on left, ninja and ranger on right, priest and gadgeteer at back. My gadgeteer will cast superman at my fighter and heal all if necessary. My priest will cast rest all. My ranger will own enemies from far away. (Instant kill) Any enemies that managed to come nearby will be slashed to pieces by my fighter. Nice combo I made for my team. My fighter deal the most damage and got the highest kill. Why's everyone wasting the Mook, who can use Giant's Sword, on polearms, which generally are not as good???
Mine would be 2 Bishops, one Staff (Faerie or Hobbit), one Maces (Rawulf); a Rogue (Hobbit) Swords and Throwing (bombs, too). And maybe a Ranger. Any more would be a crowd. |

My third run through the game was with a power-gamed party. From memory it had:
Lizardman Fighter - Sword/Mace Felpurr Rogue - Sword/Dagger Faerie Ninja - Cane of Corpus Rawulf Valkyrie - Polearms Faerie Mage Elf Bishop Of course, that was back when I was doing full parties. Now I'd either go with three guys - probably Samurai, Ninja and Monk - or a single Faerie Ninja. xfactor |

How in the heck do you get a single fairy ninja to survive the first three levels of experiance. I have tried and failed miserably
