OOC: This is a thread dedicated to the villains of "The Stone Continues" thread, it's an open RP, if you like what you see feel free to join in.

IC The day dawned bright and cheerful, with small birds singing joyfully, and crickets chirping, around the meadow small rodents could be seen scampering along, without a care in the world. Morhde Sihthe saw the pristine meadow below his army's position on the mountain, and his rage nearly doubled, "Why hasn't the darkness already taken this small plot of earth, there are no defenders, only a lingering trace of magic, surely your 'powerful' magics can defeat a puny elven peace enchantment." He struck the fiend with a backhand blow that sent it reeling.

"Fix this afront imediately", grasping the pommel of his sword, Crysomer feeling the blackened leather of the handgrip, the white blade with streaks of black running through the corrupted holy avenger he concentrated, feeling a well of mystic energy course through the blade, he focused the energy and the demon began choking, feeling his life force being cut off, demons are extraplanar creatures and don't need to breathe like humans, the choking was more like throttling the link that kept the creatures dark essence bound to the prime material plane, threatening to banish it for several hundred years, and it knew the pain would likely not subside just because the demon was banished.

Finally growing bored of his sport Morhde released the psionic field dropping the fiend to the ground,
"Yes Master" the demon cried, and then sent bolts of dark and foul magic into the center of the meadow, turning it into a crater within moments, a greasy black smoke began to pour from the center, blotting out the sun and giving a warning to those of good heart who could see the end of one of Meilikii's sacred groves, now a defiled wasteland.

Yes, life was good for the reigning lord of darkness

T'zaletect- The demon left Morhde Sihthe and teleported Magnus's Keep. "Master, I have arrived. I will destroy these pathetic beings that you call a nuisance." He says mentally to Morhde.

"Hmmm. Muhahahhahahahhahah. Ahhahhahahahhahahahaaha. NOW IS THE END OF YOUR LITTLE CAMPAIGN, YOU AND THIS PATHETIC WORLD WILL DIE NOW!!!!!!!!!!" With those words spoken, he blasts open the front gate. And walks to the Keep Doors. He then kicks the doors open, and walks in. "What!!! No one is here. Where are they, where have they gone.... Amendium!" T'zaletect learns of how the group traveled to Khadgars town, to go to the Astral Plane through the Past Eye spell. "Master, they have gone to the Astral Plane. Be sure to send men there, for I am going to destroy the Town where the Mage Khadgar lives....." he tells Morhde.

Before long, the Magnificently Malevolent T'zaletect arrived at the busy city of Sommerlund, wherein resided Khadgar the Archmage of Seven Rings. Sommerlund was a city situated at the only mountain pass between the northern and the southern regions of the continent, the two regions being otherwise separated by an immense chain of mountains so tall that not even the mightiest dragons could fly over them. All trade routes between the two regions invariably passed through this city. If it could be captured, the Dark Knight and his forces would at once have full access to the cities of the south. Sommerlund was therefore all that stood between the Dark Knight and the people of the southern lands. StoneRock the Beloved High Priest of Clangeddin was fully aware of this -- which was why he had an outpost erected in Sommerlund and appointed a dozen of his most powerful clerics to be stationed there to stand guard against any intrusions launched by the forces of darkness.

As T'zaletect swaggered towards the town gates, two strongly built dwarves barred his way, each holding a large warhammer which glowed a bright blue.

"Halt!" cried one of the dwarves. "Who approaches?"

"It is I, the Magnificently Malevolent T'zaletect," hissed the demon as he bared his row of gleaming fangs. "Tonight I shall make an end of you and your city! Prepare to die!"

T'zaletect breathed an enormous jet of toxic fumes right through the town gate. So monstrously venomous were the greenish fumes that several trees nearby instantly withered as soon as they were touched by the gas. Greatly alarmed, the dwarves quickly swung their hammers around and around in a circle while sounding the alarm. As they spun their hammers, a fierce gale blew from them and drove back the vapors upon their source. T'zaletect screamed with pain as the green cloud engulfed him and began to burn his flesh. When the death-fog cleared, the scarred demon saw that the gates were now tightly closed.

"A thousand curses upon you!" hollered the furious demon.

As he pondered his next move, he saw a tall woman approaching. The female creature's voluptuous figure was dressed in the barest clothing; only the narrowest strips of garment concealed her loins and large, round breasts. The face was unnaturally beautiful, but an evil sparkle could be seen in the ice-blue eyes. Who was she? He would have slain her outright, but something about her aura made him hesitate...

"Did his Royal Highness the Dark Knight send you to destroy this city?" purred the woman as she rubbed a hand across a creamy white thigh.

"Who are you, wench?" snarled the demon. "Tired of living?"

"It would be well advised of you to adopt a more polite turn of speech, fool," warned the woman with an icy sparkle in her eyes. "His Royal Highness sent me to aid you. In his great wisdom he realised that where brute force fails to prevail, a healthy dose of feminine seduction ought to do the work... Oh, and you may address me as Cammy, Daughter of Hecate..."

Travpezario had lived a long time as a mortal, 600 years to be exact, and in that time he had amassed ridicuolous amounts of magical power, so much so that upon the end of his mortal life, the magic courseing through his veins refused to go away. Instead it infused his with its purest essence, and allowed his body to live on, even though its life had faded. Travpezario was a lich and a powerful one at that. He had lived a long life after death as well, and he was always experimenting, and he had managed to increase his power significantly after the end of his normal life. It wasn't in his nature to serve others, but when he thought there was something in it for him, he had been known to hire his powers out from time to time. Currently he was working for a dark knight of extreme power that offered him a very profitable arrangement. He would get all the souls, he needed to enhace his magic to titanic proportions. The dark knight was getting worried about a group of adventurers, so he had ordered all his generals to send out their best troops to take care of them. Travpezario knew that this meager task was far below his skills, but he had an agent that would be just perfect for this task. With but a brief moment of concentration, he was in mental contact with his selected minion.
************************
Dermon the Dark, had been practicing his deadly arts when he felt a mind intrude upon his. It was his undead master. He told him about some adveturers, that he wanted killed. He was to round up his band, and hunt them down. Dermon was a legendary assassin, in fact, he had never missed his mark. He had killed kings, demons, liches, beholders, and he even succeeded in killing a dragon once. He had gathered up his band, and was waiting for his master to give him "the key to the planes". Suddenly a small key made of cyrstal appeared before him. The was a word of elvish on it. Dermon grasped the key with both hands and said the word. The party was whisked off to the planes.

Maz`sterdauf- Mazsterdauf was a Commander of a small research facility. Somewhat of a genius in engineering and science, he was in charge of performing Vile Experiments to captured humans through his machinery, and finding everything out about them. He also processed humans as a feed of some sort, nurturing the dark land, and making its roots spread deeper into the world, slowly destroying it. He was now working on a new project asigned to him by Morhde's Advisors. A new warrior for the army. Part Shadow, part Machine, and part human, this was a project to creat a legion of "Mutated Freaks" to wipe out cities, not by attacking. The machine part carried a plauge, so when easily killed, the disease would spread. It would take a while, but once complete, the creatures of the planet would be doomed.

Morhde Sihthe sat upon his throne looking through a scrying crystal at the lands under his dominion "The heroes may have eluded us for now, but they are weak and their allies diminish at a constant rate, while we grow only stronger. Bring in the prisoners he grinned widely as several paladins of the Order of the Radiant Heart were brought before him.

Several zombified giants tied them to pillars of blackened marble with human shaped impressions, drawing a black dagger with an odd shaped lump of metal fused to the hilt (the very lump that holds the taint that was in Sir Morguerat's soul) he plunged in it into the chest of the first knight, the ebon blade sank through the brightly polished steel like it was cloth, the armor turned black in a steadily spreading stain of darkness, the flesh underneath the armor fared much worse.

When the blade bit into the skin it it sent a surge of pure evil through the body of the knights turning them into dessicated gaunt figures, their mummified flesh stretched tightly over grinning skulls, while glowing red pinpricks of light appeared in their empty sockets.

"Rise my death knights" laughed the darklord. he signalled to one of his nearby necromancers who began chanting something in a language most mortals would pray not to hear in their lifetimes, and then as the tempo increased a darkness formed in the center of the room, and several demonic figures crawled out, minor imps, and a Glabrezu, and then the prize came, seven horses, with coats like coal, eyes flashing like embers, a mane of fire, and hooves that sprayed flames with every step walked through the summoning portal, the stallion a magnificent Nightmare taller than Morhde Sihthe himself walked over to the dark knight the others each selected a death knight to serve. "Go and destroy, my servants, I wish the Elves of Evvenhome destroyed, and after that I have a mission of great importance for you.."

The laughter of the dark one made the skin of the necromancer crawl, even he who had worked daily with undead, toiling with entrails and stagnant body fluid, a summoner and controller of fiends, found his new masters depths of evil incomprehensible. but if he could gain more power by following, and even better survive the tides fo darkness, then so be it, he could wait and slowly build his power.

T'zaletect- "Well, are you a demoness or not? Reveal your true form, are you with the Dark Knight, or aren't you." In his mind, T'zaletect knew he could tell that most of his ability to read minds and find out their true form withered away when the Dark Knight controlled his mind.

Maz'sterdauf- "Ahhhhh. Heeee heeee heeeee. Good, good good, most excellent. My next shipment of humans have arrived hahahha. Time for more experiments."

into Ghzarbanan's throne room walked Cyngyn Darkleaf, the elven kensai from far away Kara-Tur. "Master Ghzarbanan" he said. "i wish to take vengeance on the one who killed your knights. please master, grant me this, and i will lead my team to victory!!" as he finished his statement, his eyes started to glow a bright green. green flames came from the sockets of his eyes, and his teeth that had been filed to sharp points showed as he flashed an evil grin. his katana started glowing a bright green as well, and he looked pleased indeed that he was the first to ask for this mission.
