Ohhh....Sephiroth...Cody...I am so, so, sorry for you. Mere words cannot bring comfort to you and your family right now, but take some small comfort in the knowledge that your dad is at peace and he is no longer suffering.

May I offer the words of Albert, Lord Tennyson, in his immortal poem, "Crossing The Bar," in tribute to your father:

Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,

But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.

Cody/Seph... no words can take away the pain you are feeling. But please know that you are being thought of and prayed for.

Many people here will grieve with you and I hope you take some comfort in the thought that so many people care about you and your family as you go through this very difficult time in your lives.

Sorry to hear that

I know how it feels to have a close family member die, lost my mother to cancer a few years ago.

I dont know what works for you, but I will give you this advice. Talk about it, tell it to your friends you know who will listen.

as he was there for you
and you with him
be lucky and be glad
you were with him till the end

for other people like you lost thier fathers
when they were not there
you had that chance
to help and see him through...

Cody, Sorry to hear of your sad loss, my sympathy to youself & family, Remember that he is always with you while your are thinking of him. Although you cannot see him he has just gone into another room, he is still with you.

Cody, I Know Their Arnt Any Poems Or Sonnets Or Whatever Which Will Make You Feel The Slightest Bit Better. I Could Never Imagine Losing Any Of My Close Relatives, But Let Me Just Say How Sorry I Am To Hear This, And Im Sure You'd Rather Talk To Your Other Relatives About It Rather Than Some-one You Met On The Internet, If You Did Want To Talk About It, I Would Listen.
