Last time I really did that was in High School and I weighed 160 lbs and benched 350 and could only do that once. Usually I worked out with 280 lbs and did 3 sets of 10, I could curl 225 Lbs 4 times. Now I think it is the opposite hehe All I know is I can still pick people up and slam them down. High school was fun but unless your dedicated to the weight's you will soon loose the power to lift that much but you will have strong muscles that have been trained and can easily snap back.

I weight about 150 and I can bench press 250lbs once currently, that is my max.

i dont know, i dont care. i kicked a muscle head in the junk, and he fell down just the same. i dont NEED to go to the gym and put up 5,000,000 pounds, i do just fine as is. heh, congrats to those who CAN lift that much though!!!
