I think that might be impossible. Are you counting the bar weight? The ones at our school weigh 45 lbs.

I could care less, theres no need for a big chest in wrestling unless you're being goofy and want to stab your opponent in the eye with your pecs.

In a sense i agree with you. You shouldn't do benchpresses or weightlifting just to max out. Of course if you are a weightlifter that changes matters. In general you should use it to become stronger and to develop your muscles, not to get to the max. I mean, i train with weights too but i have never maxed out yet because their is no need to. I only need to train to maintain my strength. Besides, having too many muscles makes them get in the way.
