Last night at about 11 pm I came home from a four day vacation in the swedish archipelago with some friends.
I was feeling pretty exhausted after alot of sun and not much sleep so I went to bed quite early, about 12 pm and fell asleep almost immiediatly. So far so good. But here's when it gets freaky, a few hours later I wake up finding my room-mate asking me what the hell I'm doing and behind him is a big hole in the wall. It turned out that I had gone up in the middle of the night, and had kicked big holes in the wall until my room-mate had opened the door to my room and had woken me up. Now the thing is I remember dreaming about being locked in a room underground and how I couldn't get out, so I figure I thought I had to kick the wall down to get out. Now I'm really having some major troubles with this as I don't really know how to handle it. I mean, who knows what I might do while asleep! Does anyone have an tips as to prevent sleepwalking? 'Cause I really don't want this to happen again. PS. Let me just add that the wall in question was between the bathroom and my room, and was basically just made of cardboard, just so you guys don't think I'm some kind of superman

Sorry Regin, apart from cutting down on your inhalation of a certain type of plant (sacrilige I know ) I can't think of anything. If you are truly worried I'd prolly suggest a doctor that specializes in sleep problems

I used to sleepwalk when I was a kid. Its some freaky crap. My parents say I used to get up at night, open the front door, and when they asked me what I was doing I would say "nothing" and go back to bed...and not remember any of it in the morning. If you lock yourself in your room you will eventually stop since you will usually wake up staring at the door and go back to bed.

And Sir Regin I'm sorry but I can't offer much advice other than get your roommates to watch out for you and help you out if you ever end up kicking up a ruckus in the night again. Sleepwalking can become a big problem, but most of the time it just phases out.
Don't worry too much, the more you think about it the more it'll probably manifest itself in your subconscious. Or maybe thinking about it will get it out of your subconscious... Not sure which. I'm not helping am I?

With enough duct tape, you can solve ANY problem Of course, removing it again in the morning might be a bit painful.....
