Where do I find the Wave blade?

Ok, I know where to find the Wave Shaft for the Wave Halberd, but where do I find the Wave Blade so I can add it?

The sahuagin prince has it in the city of caverns

It may seem stupid but what does bump mean?I saw it a lot in the forum.
