I'm about to start Dorns Deep and I was wondering if anyone could recommend some spells that are more effective with this area of the game. I'm not asking for any spoilers just some general ideas.

Thanks,

I have always found that an invisible druid with multiple castings of static shock is invaluable in most areas of the game, especially where there are large clusters of enemies.

Try spells such as these:

Defensive Harmony
Protection from evil 10' radius
Resist cold (switch to prot from fire if in LDD)
Flame Strike and Shroud of flame (if you're talking about Dorn's Deep proper and NOT lower dorn's deep - otherwise take COLD based damage spells)
Courage
Hope
Domination
Summon Elemental
Static charge

If you have HOW installed, then you can also add Storm Shell

Yo Irish:

I must admit, that the 1st level Mage spell (yes 1st level) Chromatic Orb is the best thing, because MOTN the target is stunned and can be then tormented!! Memorize like 3 of those. Thats what i do, I am in Wyrm's, and still using that spell.

But im in lots of trouble in Wyrm's now...

Zacharac

MOTN-more often than not

Q: what is AFAIK? (As Far As I .. Can See? .. )
