Hi guys.

Sorry but I've been laid up real bad. This is probably the worst dose of flu I've ever had...I wouldn't wish it on anyone. The worst of it seems to be over now and it's just the body and joints that feel like they've had a boxing match and then run a marathon. All that time in bed and barely a wink of sleep just don't seem right somehow. Anyway, hopefully my first "real" food in days should help to perk me up a bit (still lethargic) and help get things back on a normal keel.

If you two are up for it I'd like to try to connect tonight if poss' guys, I've missed it.
