Why can't they just send them back. I know they're probably on the next plane to Holland again, but then they just have to catch them again, and again, and again.....

we should focus on catching ship cargo's in the rotterdam harbor
There are ships coming to rotterdam which carry more drugs then all those bolletjesslikkers can smuggle in a year
they just use them as a diversion

Maybe there's too much money involved, and it's better to close an eye on those ships ? After all, didn't they allow large shipments of coke into the country, to get to the big fish ? They must be fast swimmers, cause they never catch any.
