I can't vouch for the validity of the sounds, photos, and videos played in that flash animation, but ghosts absolutely exist. My grandmother's house has been haunted ever since my grandfather passed away four years ago. The things that go on in that place make your hair stand on end, believe me.

The second night I spent there, I was woken up by the sound of scraping garden chairs over the paved area of the yard outside. I looked out the window and nothing had moved. The third morning I came downstairs and my car keys were laying on the doormat. They had been on a small table upstairs when I went to sleep the night before. The fifth day, the living room light switched on by itself while I was downstairs on the couch. I got up, switched it back off, sat down, and it went on again. Just as I was leaving the house that evening, I tried to close the front door behind me but I felt huge resistance when I tried to close it. It was like something was pushing it from the other side, but I could clearly see there was nothing there. After about twenty seconds the resistance stopped and the door slammed shut.

A lot more has happened, mainly the breaking and rearranging of small objects in the house, but it'd take til Christmas to list all the going-ons here.
