Yes, something i've been wondering about this for some time. I can either live the moment while thinking it through or i can live into the moment i.e intuitively. How about you people ? You live into the moment and guess what, you lose control and you try to live the moment and you end up not enjoying it fully perhaps, has it happened to you ? Rather can anyone even understand what i'm saying

By all means, live the moment without putting any thought into it if that's what you like. Me, I'm all about "realizing where you are" at every point in my life, both on a larger scale and on the minute, in-the-moment, scale. It's part of my notion that the art of being is nothing without the understanding of the story of becoming.

Plus, I like to remain aware of my surroundings, just in case. That... paranoia for lack of a better word... was not around so much in my life when I was younger and more impetuous of course.

Another reason i needed to post this was the fact that i no longer am aware of my surroundings, for a 15 year old i am too immersed in deep thinking, not good for my health, but i just cant break lose from this deep thought sad, very sad but there is optimism

Not sure what you mean I'm afraid, but I'll try to give you my perspective.
I live *for* the moment - life is short and every single minute is precious.
I do what I want to do, as long as it doesn't impact negatively on others.
I'm rash and impulsive, which people find either exciting or frightening, depending on their outlook.
I try to bring joy into my life, and the lives of others, as often as I can.
A smile costs nothing.
I don't bear grudges against people.
I live without dwelling on feelings of regret - things I have done that were mistakes I look on as learning experiences rather than something to mourn for years.
I try to have as much fun as I possibly can, find simple beauty in everyday things, and laugh as often as possible.
