Help with the pit fiend room in Watcher's Keep!
As soon as I step thro' the portal I lose 3 or 4 people to Panic - Chaotic Commands/Protection From Evil/Magic Resistance etc before going through makes no difference at all. Have I left some hardware somewhere which protects from panic! |

If you have mazzy in your party, she has protection from fear, or envoke heroism, this protects from panic and fear. But if not, hmm maybe a spell?? I wouldnt know cause i have mazzy and i use her special skill for the protection.

You could try using potions of clarity, otherwise simply hit the pit fiends hard and fast. Minsc with a girdle of giant strength, two weapons, and whirlwind attack is almost comical.
