i just wanted to install BG:SoA and tralala!!!
I couldn't! It says unable to load something like i-krel or something and I cannot star installing. Is this a common bug for XP operational system or what? Help

I currently have BG1 and SoA+ToB installed in my computer(wtih XP professional) and they all run smoothly. One thing about XP is that you should check online update very often (if you do not turn on the automatic update funtion). If you keep up with Microsoft's online updating, XP should work fine.

I installed SoA and ToB on a laptop, running XP and haven't had any problems (after installing all the appropriate patches also). You may have simply hit a glitch. Try removing the previous material and reinstall.

Yes try to remove any BG files from the Windows registry. But be careful, if you don`t want to mess up the whole system.
