To get LILACOR +3, go underneath the copper coronet by telling Letinan or what his name is (next to bernard), taht you want "other sorts of entertainment". When you manage to gain access to the back of the inn. There is a secret door to the sewers along a corridor.

Down the sewers you need to gain four items:

The Lover's Ring on the wall
The STINKING HAND FROM THE GRATE (which is what I think you've got)
Shaman's Staff from the Kobolds
And the blood of Quallo's Carrion Crawler

Then put them in the correct order in the correct pipes by following the clues on each pipe = it's easy............then you get Lilacor.

As I said earlier - I had this particular hand till I left the Underdark!! Think about the flies on that!!

No wah you're barking up the wrong tree here...the hand of Dace is what you get in the Asylum, you know in the weird dungeon with the Great Pink Crustal and the kobolds? The hand you're referring to is...well... another hand! Ye gods, how many sickening gory bodyparts are flying around in this game anyway??
