There are some obvious concern about where this topic is being taken, and some have even asked that we lock it.

Well...I regret being the first one on the scene, because I do not think there is reason enough to lock the thread, especially if everyone will resort to taking the discussion in a better direction.

I won't stop another moderator responding to the "report post" feature from locking it if he/she desires, however.

Physical Castration and chemical (Depo-Provera) have had only mixed results. A type of Lobotomy would work each and every time.
