Patting Myself On The Back...Wasn't Sure I Could Do It

but I passed every class I took during the fall semester of my first encounter with college...my first time back to school since the late seventies!
I was a high school drop-out, a stoner and a flunkie...not any more LOL and I passed with a 3.308 GPA!

It could have been better, but i turned a term paper in late and instead of getting the B it was graded as, it got an F for being late (which means I made an A on the final hee hee!)

Going out for a celebratory dinner and a movie....catch you all later!

EDIT: My mistake! I had posted a lower GPA than I actually had! YIPPEE!

hey, congrats Moni! I knew you could do it all along! good to hear you went back and finished too, i know a lot of people who wouldnt even make an effort.

I can do that for ya (the back patting I mean [img]smile.gif[/img] ), and heaps of congratulations, Moni, graduating is much harder as an adult as it is for a kid who has spent all his life at school, so you can be very proud of yourself. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I had a great dinner and the movie (Royal Tenenbaum sp?) was, well, interesting to say the least!
All, full, fat, & happy...I think I'm going to drop in over at the Wiz 8 board for a few and then turn in for the night...I only have 9 more days to enjoy my winter vacation before the spring semester starts and I need to get my sleep schedule turned back around LOL!

Congratulations Pricess, from the Sultan. I know what it's like going back to study. I went to University some 8 years after a damn mediocre high school performance. It's a great feeling when you challenge yourself like that and succeed. Keep up the good work darlin
