Maybe you didn't actually get the quest. Try going back to the guild with that charactor. The guildmaster should ask you why you haven't completed the quest. If he doesn't you need to ask for bard training again.

Or just look you characters Quest Log...
If you have bard quest in some guilds log, you know you actually have that training. I once had to take paladin quest. I get into statue of Kerah and noticed I didn't get that mission! Well... back to town to get mission and then again to the statue... ( It was time when I didn't know teleportation spells [img]smile.gif[/img] )

My friend did not found the scroll in the library...i found it on the table in the secret room in the library.
