For your benefit Johnny!

The Buffalo Theory

I have not heard anyone explain this as well as Cliff Clavin on Cheers. One afternoon at Cheers, Cliff was explaining the Buffalo Theory to his buddy Norm. Here's how it went:

"Well ya see, Norm, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only
move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is these lowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.

In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first.

In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

Easily. Martinis, well-made, make one forget there is a thing called "beer." Especially with one of Galadria's "special" olives. marinated in Jalapeno juice instead of brine.

Are you sure? What in the world would I do without my dark beer? (None of that light stuff for me; you don't want to know what I call it ) I've never had a taste for anything stronger.

Morning, everyone.

Naaa it's just as easy to forget a 1000 poster as it is a 100 poster If it helps we could all petition to have a national "We forgot Dizzy" Day J/K Have fun in Basic and just remember millions and millions of people made it through ahead of you....may not sound like much but 3 weeks in it will be a life saver
