It would be extreme cheating to have both it *and* the good tear... However, if you want both your non-Fallen status and the Cloak of Bravery, you have two options: 1) Download and run the mod linked to above. It will let you complete that one test in the Evil way and not fall... 2) Use the following exploit: Talk to the demon. Tell him you'll think about it, go get the good tear, and talk to the demon again to obtain the cloak. |

If you're referring to UserUnfriendly's Cheese Guide, that is indeed what can tell you how to do all sorts of munchkin stuff--including getting the Cloak of Bravery AND the Good Tear from the Test of Fear.
But be forewarned that if you're planning to use this exploit, there is NO WAY that a Paladin or Archer can get the Cloak and not become Fallen. I should know, as I'm the one that sent that exploit to UserUnfriendly in the first place. One more thing: You "need" a link to the Hell Exploits? You "need" the Cloak of Bravery? When last I checked, Archers were able to cast Remove Fear.
