Well, actually things haven't been to bad weather-wise in my little hovel in the SW, but you know, with English weather, sunny days just means the rain will be even worse when it starts again.

Well, actually I'm nearest to the River Severn, only a few miles away from the edge of the River in fact.
But out of the two I'm pretty sure I'm closest to Lyme Bay.

Ah, the River Severn! We anchored in the mouth of it and had a party, so long ago! Can still see the cocktail pennant flying against a storm-wracked sunset. Those were the (pre-kids) days.

We did go into Bristol, but it was a Sunday, and early, so not a lot was open. I had a Guiness and a pasty in a pub, there, and I remember Attalus playing the Eagles on the jukebox.
LoA, don't set off the sprinklers like last time.
